All processing elements are integrated into a RITTAL-type industrial panel enclosure. The man-machine user interface is displayed on a 17" touch-screen monitor. With a minimal number of components, this system can be quickly installed on the production line. This FLAWSCAN™ configuration is suitable for medium range speeds and web widths.

This all-in-one, easily programmable system detects, classifies, and displays defects in real-time, and allows immediate and automatic actions to be taken.



Typical Defects:

FLAWSCAN™ 1000 Paper can detect and identify several typical paper defects, such as scratches, oil drops, dark spots, holes, wrinkles etc …. These defects are detected regardless of whether they appear on textured ground or not.
