FLAWSCAN™
1000 Paper is a cost-effective surface inspection system for applications
requiring one or two cameras. All processing elements are integrated into a
RITTAL-type industrial panel enclosure. The man-machine user interface is
displayed on a 17" touch-screen monitor. With a minimal number of components,
this system can be quickly installed on the production line. This FLAWSCAN™
configuration is suitable for medium range speeds and web widths.

Dedicated for paper inspection (cellulose and fluff pulp), it provides reliable online inspection of 100 % of your product. This all-in-one, easily programmable system detects, classifies, and displays defects in real-time, and allows immediate and automatic actions to be taken.

FLAWSCAN™ 1000 Paper is delivered with a user-friendly interface which displays real time process results and defect images, allowing immediate action to be taken. It also provides also user-programmable alarm settings for each defect class.
